Symptoms of Anxiety


Symptoms include stress that's out of proportion to the impact of the event, inability to set aside a worry, and restlessness.
Being irritable, muscle tension, difficulty concentrating, being on high alert, fight or flight.

Coping with Anxiety
Everyone copes differently. What works for someone else, may not work for you. You have to understand that you will be okay, no matter what.
Meditation, read a book, go for a walk/run, get coffee, talk to someone, exercise, do yoga, draw, write, etc. There are plenty of things to help, but the most important is to just breathe.
